A magic carpet

I walk by this tree everyday and when David is with me he kisses me.

My new house I am rehabbing has a little section of the master bedroom, the previous owners made. They took my huge bathroom and made a section that maybe could be used for a newborn baby nursery. Anyway I am the into my children’s library. Now how do you make a little area with a weird shape a magical children library? You turn it into the inside of the Genie Bottle.
Here we go:

October is here and the house is way ahead of schedule. Thanks to a three week delay in another project the house is done except for garage doors and shutters. I have not owned the house 12 weeks yet, that will be October 14. Here is the small memorial I made to my brother. A porch railing with big bucks and trees. One of his favorite things to do.

I painted my pumpkins to match the chairs this year. I think it turned out cool.
