Construction Ahead Inc. is a robust, nationwide installation company for today’s green technology. We are a talented group of motivated professionals, combining advanced knowledge of our products, with uncompromised understanding for our customer’s needs. We emphasis value engineering to provide our clients with the best products and services to satisfy both the customer’s needs and the structural technicalities of each project. Our comprehensive experience ranges from small home renovations, to large multi-story commercial buildings. We are the Nation’s ONLY professionally licensed and certified installation company for Nichiha's wide range of products, currently offering our services in 48 states. We are also James Hardie preferred installers, proudly completing over 1,000 James Hardie projects and counting. Construction Ahead, Inc. is branched into two areas of focus, Commercial and Residential, providing specific services that accommodate for the distinct needs of each field. Construction Ahead Inc. is designed specifically for commercial exterior installations. Our mission is for Construction Ahead Inc. to offer nationwide, commercial installation services for today’s green technology and to help generate conscious solutions aimed at eliminating project constraints, due to Price, Product, and Presentation. Our primary commercial product manufacturer is Nichiha. Nichiha is a functional green technology that works as a less expensive substitute for stone and brick. Construction Ahead Inc. is proud to be the Nation’s only professionally licensed and certified installation company for Nichiha products. We will travel to any city or state to provide our customers with adequate installation practices that fulfill Nichiha product specifications. In addition, we have nationwide, flexible supply channels that provide us with timely, quality product delivery and competitive price advantages. We will not recommend a product if it is not architecturally or brand compatible. Our team will work directly with architects, general contractors, construction managers and property owners to deliver the finest quality product installation. Construction Ahead Exteriors, Inc. is a division of Construction Ahead, Inc. and has proudly served homeowners and homebuilders for over 12 years. Our mission is to provide residential customers with premium product installation services and to protect the comfort of their home throughout production. Our residential experience ranges from small exterior remodels to new construction custom home projects. We are James Hardie Preferred Installers, and have proudly completed over 1000 James Hardie installations. During the production process, our professionals provide you with the trusting care that enables you to feel comfortable while at home or away. Jerry Halbmaier is the owner of Construction Ahead, Inc. Graduating from Burlington High School in 1991, Jerry began his construction career at the very bottom as a cedar siding installer apprentice. There he learned the basics of the construction trade. After several years of installing siding, Jerry decided to expand his skills. From 1995-1997 Jerry became a partner with Tim Hazlerig and learned the general remodeling aspect of the construction business.
In 1997 Jerry decided to use his knowledge and expertise to launch his own business - Construction Ahead Exteriors. Jerry diversified the business by using his residential experience and added the commercial line by becoming a James Hardie preferred installer and Nichiha Certified installer. Jerry is committed to using quality products and having satisfied customers by using skilled craftsmen.
Jerry is married with 2 children and in his spare time he enjoys being with his children, fishing, and camping in Wisconsin.
