My offer was accepted on my brothers only house. It was foreclosed and abandoned for a long time. So now I have an “as is” house that needs lots of work! It was $40,000 and I am sure it needs $40,000 more in work! Wish me luck! I could afford the house but the fixing up, wholly moly! Here we go!
