Sometimes I am made to feel useless and like nothing. I can’t stand up for myself and I let myself get beaten over and over and over with words and threats and I hate it.

Pooh in the stairwell

I had such fun putting this in the hallway stairwell. It’s only a final stick on but I loved it. It reminded me of a bulletin board at school. I miss that.

We had a treatment on Coffee’s shoulder today. Chiropractic and Laser. Then she had her second post cancer check up……doing fine.
